A call for proposals will be announced every spring. Proposals are typically due in August, and conference presenters will be notified of their acceptance by September 30th.
All presentation candidates will be contacted by September 30th regarding the status of your proposal. If accepted, you will be required to register for the conference. If you are not registered by October 15, then your session will be automatically cancelled and offered to another candidate.
Projectors are available in all rooms. It is best to bring your own laptop to connect. MAC users should bring their own dongle for connectivity. Audio is integrated into the PC system should you be using audio or video clips.
