  • maintains accurate up-to-date lists of the general membership to the Organization.
    
    
  • collaborates with the Treasurer in maintaining a list of paid members.
    
    
  • maintains copies of the Organization Constitution and Bylaws and amendments.
    
    
  • The term of this office is two years.
